Mukesh Ambani will make his own city near Mumbai !!

                             Reliance Industries is set to develop its own city on the southern side of Navi Mumbai where Mumbai 3.0 is going to be created. According to sources Reliance Industries has acquired sub-leases of land size 3,750 acres which costs around Rs 13,400 crores. The span for the lease is 43 years which is related to the Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Maharashtra which was signed in year 2018. We can say that Mukesh Ambani will set up his own city because Navi Mumbai which is the second version of Mumbai has a major contribution by  Reliance Industries in its successful implementation . Currently, the main headquarters of Reliance Industries is in Navi Mumbai and has a big land parcel in Navi Mumbai for Dhirubhai Ambani knowledge city which is around 100 acres in itself from where major operations of Reliance Industries are carried out .         ...

Amaravati is back on track !

                           We can see the revival of Andhra Pradesh's capital, Amaravati city, again as the TDP ( Telugu Desam Party) is forming a government in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The officials of TDP have said that they will choose Amaravati as the capital of Andhra Pradesh. We are all familiar with the history of Amaravati city. Jaganmohan Reddy's government almost ended up Amaravati city. Still, now there is a high probability that this city will be revived again, and we will be able to see a new city in Andhra Pradesh. As we know, TDP has the governance power now and, secondly, in forming a union government, TDP will make a considerable contribution so that there won't be any problems regarding funds as raised earlier because of direct connection with the central government. The great indian FDI race : Gujarat sees 200 % rise , Maharashtra still on top .

                 The "Department for promotion of industry and internal trade" ( DPIIT )  has released state wise FDI data for the last financial year . In last two years Gujrat and Telangana has seen FDI growth of more than 100 percent . According to the report the FDI in Gujarat has increased rapidly . In financial year 2022 the FDI for the state of Gujrat was about 20,169 crores which was increased to about 37,059 crores whereas it further increased to around 60,600 crores in financial year 2024 . In between financial years 2022 to 2024 the state of Gujrat has seen 200 percent rise in FDI . Similarly in state of Telangana FDI growth of about 109 percent has been seen in previous two years where in FY 2022 FDI of 11,964 crores was seen which has increased to around 25,094 crores .
